Shipping policy

We offer shipping within New Zealand and to selected international countries. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $79. For orders under $79, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies. Please note that standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping to selected international countries, including Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping can take 5-15 business days.
